1.1 PROCEDURES OF TEACHING
Practice teaching starts with a week of observation. During the observation week the Cooperating Teacher give the topic I need to discuss including the books for reference. The topic is all about fraction and it has 5 different lesson. I am allowed to use any teaching method or strategy, materials, and revision to teach lesson. I prepared a detailed lesson plan using inductive method with my format from the philippines. They said its much complicated but almost the same like mutiara persada.
Lesson plan helps both teacher and students. For teacher, it makes there teachjng more easier and reliable. Through lesson plan teacher carefully plan and brainstorm about the topic he or she will be dicussing. For the students, they could experience more fun and learn by realiable sources and information.
1.2 TIME MANAGEMENT IN ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES
For the activities, i prepared fun games that is connected with my lesson. I usually connect fun with learning, through this students are more motivated, able to learn easier, and enjoy at the same time. For me, we should not let our student be stress or frustrated because of school. There are ways to make learning more interesting and uncomplicated. Lets try every ways. With these we can be a beter teacher and could help students to prioritize going to school.

For problem solving i used real life situation actvities. With this students are more able to imagine or relate with the problem. Because sometimes they already experience this, and with they can used this in the future.

When it comes to classroom management i can say that it is bit hard and easy at the same time. Teaching both pascual and achimedes who have different class environment made it challenging and the cuteness of the students made it easy.
The following are my strategies in managing the class:
First remind the rules
Let them recite rules they remember
After proceed to the lesson proper
Usually use group learning and inductive method
When its bit noisy i ask them about the rules and let them settle down by their own by realizing what did they do if its right or wrong
Never forget to praise them everytime they participate
Motivate them to participate even when they are shy.
